01What this page covers

This is the privacy notice for keancancleaningservice.com, the website of Kean Can Cleaning Service (Reg. 201903205443 / IP0526571-V), serving Ipoh and Perak. It is written in plain words because a notice nobody can read protects nobody.

02What we collect

When you enquire by WhatsApp, email or telephone, we collect the information you send: your name, your contact details, the property details you describe and any photographs you send, because those are what a quote is made from. Website usage data is collected separately, as explained under Cookies and measurement below.

This site does not ask you to create an account and sells nothing online, so there is no payment information here at all.

03Why we hold it

To answer your enquiry, prepare a quote, schedule the work and contact you about the job. If you become a customer we keep the job record so that later work on the same property can be quoted sensibly.

04How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become jobs are kept while they are still live and then discarded. Job records are kept for as long as we may reasonably need them for the customer relationship and for tax and accounting obligations.

05Who else sees it

We share enquiry and job details where the work requires it — for example with a building management office that has to authorise access for our crew. We do not sell contact details and we do not pass them to marketing companies. Google processes website usage data for analytics, as explained below.

06Photographs of your property

Before-and-after photographs are taken on jobs, and some are published on this site and on social media as evidence of the work. If you would rather photographs of your property were not published, tell us and they will not be. Nothing identifying an occupant is published in any case.

07Cookies and measurement

We use Google Analytics, delivered through Google Tag Manager, to understand which pages people visit and whether they click our WhatsApp, phone or email links. Analytics uses cookies and receives information such as pages viewed, referral source, browser and device information, and link-click events. It does not receive the contents of your WhatsApp messages or emails from this website.

Google processes this website usage data for analytics. You can restrict cookies through your browser settings. We do not use advertising tags on this site.

08Your choices, and how to reach us
